2017 Levantine Hill Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Fermented and matured in new and seasoned French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with citrus and asparagus followed by light pencil shavings and subtle notions of capsicum. The palate possesses ample richness and a rounded, fullish textural feel with mouthfilling flavours of citrus and figs overlaid by herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus, dried herbs, light pencil shavings and spice. Dry finish with good balanced acidity. Long spicy citrus, fig, herbaceous grassy character, asparagus, light pencil shaving and dried herb aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
