Cellar: Drink now - 5 Years (2019-2024)
ABV: 13.5%

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries infused with clove intermix with a hint of sour cherries trailed by forest floor and spicy herb notes. Delicious ripe dark cherry and strawberry fruits cascade across the palate underpinned by infusions of clove, forest floor, a gentle meatiness and spicy dried herbs. Supple in texture with a lick of bright acidity on the finish to freshen things up. Velvety tannins. Excellent power wave with a long conclusion.
Delightful drinking over the next 4-5 years.
Alc. 13.5%

Other Reviews….
40% whole-bunch fermented, 11 months in 50/50% new and 1yo French oak. Shows the typical density and complexity of Lethbridge Pinot, with dark cherry, sour cherry, woody spice and bunchy/mulchy characters all involved. The depth and length of flavour is outstanding, as is the ripe and supple tannin. Drink by 2027.
