Fermented in 80% old French oak barriques and 20% stainless steel tanks with 100% malo-latic fermentation. Matured for 11 months in barrel.
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up a mix of ripe peaches, honeycomb and lemon butter scents followed by hints of citrusy nougat. Light to medium weight with a fresh elegant feel the palate sports nectarine, honeysuckle and lemon butter flavours over subtle citrusy nougat characters. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a moderate aftertaste.
