Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. The nose exhibits passionfruit and lime aromas along with a hint of green apple over light grassy fresh herb infusions. Light and refreshing the palate is dominated by passionfruit, lime and green apple flavours with a subtle grassy undercard. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of light passionfruit, limes, green apples and delicate fresh herb infusions.
