2017 Hole in the Water Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green to the outskirts. Lifted passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry scents combine over citrusy mineral characters with grassy asparagus end notes. Light and crisp with a refreshingly dry finish the palate has flavours of passionfruit and gooseberries along with infusions of citrus, herbaceous grassy characters and mineral. Crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of passionfruit, gooseberries, citrusy mineral and a subtle grassiness.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
