2017 Hirsch Hill Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light crimson red hue. Lifted aromas of ripe dark cherries and strawberries intermingle with some anise, forest floor and spicy cedar notes. The savoury palate serves up spicy dark cherry and strawberry flavours over a background of forest floor, a touch of meatiness and dried herbs. Elegant feel with fine grained well integrated tannins. Concludes with a medium length finish.
