2017 Hentley Farm Brass Monkey Vineyards Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge to the outskirts. Nosing reveals delicate fresh pear, green apple and lime aromas with minerally end notes. Elegant and fresh the palate has flavours of lime and green apples over some citrus and a faint minerality. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and an aftertaste of limes, green apples, citrus and a zingy minerality.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
