2017 Heirloom Vineyards Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Outstanding depth of colour showing an inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Elevated blackcurrant and liquorice aromas have a minty overlay with some dusty vanillin cedar, black olive and spice notes ensuing. Very refined and structured, the medium bodied palate is detailed with blackcurrant fruits infused with mint over a vanillin cedar, earth, subtle black olive and spice back drop. Fresh acidity combines with a rigid matrix of tannins to provide a stern framework. Concludes long, elegant and finely detailed.
