2017 Gapsted High Country Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears, dried honey and fresh red apples are trailed by some light quince. Rich pear, dried honey and ripe apple flavours have a texturally rounded appeal with a dash of refreshing citrus fruits on the crisp dry finish and medium to long aftertaste.
