Unfortunately, a much smaller 2017 vintage means this will disappear before you know it.

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb scents sail out of the glass followed by notions of butterscotch, subtle bacon fat, nougat and spice. The full bodied palate is awash with rich, succulent peach and apricot fruits which have a creamy like textural feel. Elements of honeycomb, butterscotch, light toast and spicy nougat add interest. Excellent concentration and depth finishing long and well rounded.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
