2017 Eradus Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. The nose exhibits lifted passionfruit, grassy gooseberry and citrus aromas followed by herbaceous asparagus end notes. Light and vibrant the refreshing palate features zippy passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus flavours over herbaceous grassy asparagus like characters. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and grassy asparagus characters.
