2017 Domaine Pichot Coteau de la Biche Vouvray Sec

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays green apple and lime top notes followed by subtle citrusy quince like scents and traces of mineral. Light and fresh but nicely rounded in the mouth the palate features green to red apple, subtle honeysuckle, quince and citrusy mineral flavours. Lively balanced acidity finishing dry with an aftertaste of green to red apples, quince, light honeysuckle and citrus.
