2017 Chain of Ponds Amelia's Letter Pinot Grigio

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Fresh pear, lime juice and granny smith apple aromas are followed by hints of dried honey. Light, fresh and crisp with a rounded mid palate feel, the mouth is elegantly flavoured with pear, lime and green apple. Dry minerally finish with zippy acidity and a moderate aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
