2017 Callejuela Blanco de Hornillos

Produced from Palomino, the same grape used as a base wine to make sherry. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of citrus, fig, apricot and bees wax with light spice end notes. Very dry yet textured the palate serves up flavours of fig and bees wax over a subtle dried nut and lees element. Salty, bone dry finish with lively acidity and a lean medium length aftertaste.
