2017 Buckshot Vineyard Heathcote Shiraz

Very deep bright dark red core with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Peppered aromatics of ripe plum, dark cherries and liquorice meld into subtle dried clove, vanillin cedar and spice notes. Elegant and plush the medium weight palate dishes up plum, raspberry and subtle liquorice flavours over lightly toasted vanillin oak and spicy pepper nuances. Silky, fine grained tannins and fresh acidity finishing with a medium length conclusion.
