Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of green apple and citrus are followed by hints of grapefruit and mineral. Light but nicely textured the palate has flavours of pears and quince over red apples and subtle spice. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of pears, quince and spicy red apples.
