Founded by William Fevre in 1957 the domaine has grown to now become one of the biggest land owners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 hectares are classified as Premiers Crus and 15.2 as Grand Crus. The Petit Chablis was matured in stainless steel vats for a period of 8-10 months to preserve freshness.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmer of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and fresh green apple subtlety infused with green herbs are followed by some distinct wet slate and mineral notes. Light and fresh, delicious lime and green and green apple fruits are carried by a slatey underbelly with some flinty mineral characters also present. Clean dry finish with refreshing acidity and an aftertaste of limes laced with green herbs, green apples, wet slate and mineral. A very well made entry level Chablis.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
