2016 West Cape Howe Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas jump out of the glass over some subtle orange rind and distinct talc end notes. A combination of lemon, lime and orange rind flavours are to the fore with a back drop of light talc and mineral. Dry finish with racy acidity and an aftertaste of lemon, lime, orange rind and talc.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
