2016 Vasse Felix Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with asparagus, citrus and dried herbs followed by faint pencil shavings and spice nuances. The palate is very dry with flavours of citrus intermingling with herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus, fresh herb infusions and spicy pencil shavings. Dry refreshing finish concluding with an aftertaste of citrus, herbaceous grassy characters, pencil shavings and spicy herb infusions.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
