2016 Totara Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red core with a light red hue. Fragrant ripe dark cherry and plum aromas laced with anise are preceded by toasty cedar and spicy dried herb notes. Light to medium weight the palate dishes up ripe dark cherry flavours with anise and lightly toasted cedar also present. Finishes spicy and fresh with slightly dryish, fine grained tannins and medium length.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
