2016 Tomich Rhyme & Reason Pinot Grigio

A great value Pinot Grigio produced from one of the best vintages in the last decade for Adelaide Hills. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays good aromatic lift with scents of pear and red apple mixed in with subtle honeysuckle and musk notes. Light and fresh with pear and apple flavours to the fore followed by traces of dried straw, dried honey and spice with a rounded pebble stone like textural feel. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of pear, apple, citrusy dried honey and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
