Other Reviews…
An earlier ripening year, '16 boasts ample fruit and with that, a forward generosity. Densely concentrated with cabernet's markers of blackcurrant, lead and graphite punctuated by strewn green herb and olive. Yet the oak and tight grain tannins shape this wine, corralling the flavours into a lung funnel of vanilla and mocha. Drink by 2031.
