Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense lime scents meld into some orange peel, citrus and mineral notes. Reflective of the nose the palate features mouth watering flavours of ripe limes and orange rind over some citrusy mineral with zesty acidity and a dry finish. Aftertaste of zesty limes, citrus, orange rind and flinty mineral.
