2016 Ten Minutes by Tractor Estate Chardonnay

Aged in a mixture of new and old French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe white peach and nectarine aromas are married to dried honey characters with citrusy nougat, light biscuity oak and spice notes ensuing. Well rounded in the mouth the palate dishes up rich fleshy white peach, ripe nectarine and dried honey flavours which are underscored by biscuity oak, nougat, light cashew and spice. Finishes dry with good freshness, length and a long creamy textured aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
