2016 Tait The Ball Buster

A blend of 80% Shiraz, 12% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Magnificent colour density with an inky black heart and very deep dark red black hue. Elevated aromas of liquorice and ripe blackcurrants meld into vanillin cedar, earthy black olive notes and spice. Dense, full bodied and rich, the flamboyant palate is decked out with plush liquorice, black cherry and blackcurrant fruit underpinned by cedar and spicy dried herbs. Some earthy leather characters emerging on the slightly dryish finish. Firmish tannins with a touch of heat shading the aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
