Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Intense passionfruit and gooseberry aromas are overlaid by herbaceous grassy characters and asparagus with zesty citrus and mineral end notes. Showing good concentration zippy passionfruit and gooseberry flavours fill the palate followed by some herbaceous grassy characters and citrusy mineral. Crisp acid finish. Long conclusion of passionfruit, gooseberries, herbaceous asparagus characters and citrusy mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
