2016 Snake & Herring Wide Open Road Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a crimson hue. Fragrant ripe red cherry and strawberry aromatics are intermixed with subtle anise, spicy cedar and dried herb notes. Supple in its mouthfeel and light in body the palate expresses generous ripe red cherry and strawberry flavours over a mix of spicy cedar and dried herb infusions. Finishes bright with soft finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy red cherries, strawberries, subtle dusty cedar and dried herbs. A well made early drinking style of Pinot.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
