2016 Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. The nose offers up a mixture of passionfruit, gooseberries and citrus with grassy herbaceous end notes. The palate is quite light and although refreshing lacks length. Flavours of passionfruit, citrus, subtle herbaceous characters and mineral are apparent. Crisp dry finish with a modest aftertaste of passionfruit, citrus, light herbaceous characters and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
