2016 Run Free Shiraz

Midnight black dark red core showing impressive depth with a dark red black tinged hue. Lifted blackberry, black cherry and liquorice aromas intermingle with earthy dried meat characters, vanillin cedar and blackpepper. Medium to full bodied the palate is filled with rich black fruits and liquorice infused with blackpepper. Elements of scorched earth, vanillin cedar and a spicy meatiness lurk beneath. Ripe chewy tannins provide structure and give the finish some grip. Excellent length with a long savoury pepper laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
