2016 Preece Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromatics of fleshy white peaches are tied to notions of dried honey, a faint hint of cashew and spicy nougat. Light to medium weight but nicely textured and finishing with good freshness, the elegant palate is subtlety flavoured with white peaches, nectarines and melon over light cashew and spicy citrus. Clean dry finish with a moderate aftertaste of nectarines, melon, light biscuity cashew nuances and spicy citrus.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
