2016 Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with ripe gooseberries and citrus with fresh asparagus and dried herb notes. The palate is intensely flavoured with ripe gooseberries, green apples and citrus followed by herbaceous asparagus infusions and mineral. Crisp dry finish with a long aftertaste of ripe gooseberries, citrus, herbaceous asparagus characters and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
