2016 Mt. Difficulty Bannockburn Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe pear and lychee aromas are overlaid by light honeycomb and musk with spice end notes. Rich, lusciously textured flavours of ripe pears, honeycomb, lychee, infusions of musk and spicy quince fill the mouth finishing medium dry with good fresh acidity. Aftertaste of spicy ripe pears, honeycomb, light musk and quince.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
