2016 Moss Wood Amy's Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot Malbec Merlot

Totally opaque black as night colour with a bright dark red black tinged hue. Juicy cassis and plum juice aromas fill the nose followed by some inky earth like notes, cedary tobacco characters and spice. Very rich and quite juicy like in its textural feel the palate is filled with luscious cassis and dark plum flavours which sit over vanillin cedar, faint bay leaf and spice. Dryish but finely grained tannins. Fresh finish with an aftertaste of cassis, dark plums, spicy vanillin cedar, light earth and a touch of bay leaf.
Cellar 6-8 years.
