Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Top notes of gooseberries intermix with grassy asparagus characters, citrus and subtle capsicum. Light and vibrant across the palate flavours of gooseberries and fresh citrus overlay grassy asparagus and a dash of capsicum on the dry crisp finish. Aftertaste of gooseberries, citrus, grassy asparagus characters and a touch of capsicum.
