2016 M.Chapoutier Tournon Landsborough Vineyard Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated lime and lemon aromas intermix with orange rind followed by notions of talc and mandarin. The palate possesses excellent weight and concentration along with a mouthfilling textural feel. Ripe lime and mandarin flavours are married to some honeysuckle with an underpinning of red apple, talc and light spice. Clean off dry finish with fresh acidity. Long ripe lime, mandarin, honeysuckle, talc and spicy red apple aftertaste. A rich, textured Riesling to drink over the next 5-6 years.
