2016 Little Yering Chardonnay

Matured in French oak for 9 months this entry level Yarra Valley Chardonnay shows great mid palate concentration and offers great value.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and ripe nectarines married to dried honey drift from the glass with ensuing citrusy nougat and faint cashew notes. Light to medium weight with a gentle creaminess to the textural feel the palate features flavours of ripe peaches, dried honey, nougat and spicy cashew. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of creamed peaches, dried honey, nougat and spicy cashew.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
