2016 Lethbridge Pinot Gris

Brilliant straw colour with apricot tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of fresh ripe pears and quince marry up with a hint of lychee, musk and spice. Light across the palate and very fresh, flavours of pears, red apples, lychees and quince are featured over some spicy cinnamon like characters on the dry finish. Vibrant acidity with an aftertaste of pears, quince, red apples and spice. A very fresh and elegant Pinot Gris.
