2016 La Galope Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas meld into some grassy asparagus characters and infusions of fresh herbs. Light with a crisp feel the palate has flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and limes with subtle grassy infusions on the dry finish. Snappy acidity with an aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and grassy characters.
