2016 Koltz The Wizard Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries and ripe dark cherries combine with liquorice over a back drop of lightly toasted vanillin cedar and spice. The rich palate is filled with succulent fruit flavours of dried black cherries, black plums and liquorice followed by vanillin cedar and spice. Opulent mouthfeel with a youthful vivid finish. Finely grained, slightly dryish tannins, concluding with an aftertaste of dried black cherries, black plum, liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
