2016 Kirrihill Piccoli Lotti Montepulciano

Deeply coloured with a dark red black core and a bright dark purple red hue. The nose displays freshly crushed ripe berry aromas alongside some dark plum and liquorice with some inkiness and spice following on. Vibrant dark fruit flavours of cherries and plum spring across the palate with inky earth and spice forming a back drop. Dry finish with bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of fresh dark cherries, plum, inky earth like characters and spice.
