2016 Katnook Founder's Block Shiraz

Very deep midnight black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of white pepper, subtle black cherry, liquorice and black olive emerge from the glass. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of red liquorice and spicy dark cherries over vanillin cedar and pepper. Elegant mouthfeel with fine grained tannins and fresh acidity. Aftertaste of spicy cherries, red liquorice, vanillin cedar and pepper.
