2016 Jip Jip Rocks Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose exhibits tropical fruit, green apple and citrus aromas with a hint of spice also present. The palate has flavours of ripe tropical fruits which dominate over some green apple and citrus. Rounded mouthfeel with good fresh acidity on the finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruits, green apple and citrus. A simple quaffing Sauvignon Blanc.
