Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted aromas of ripe limes and citrus are overlaid by orange rind with talc and subtle mineral end notes. Zingy fresh lime and lemon flavours burst across the palate over some talc and mineral with crunchy acidity on the dry finish. Aftertaste of fresh lime, lemon and steely mineral.
