2016 Irvine Springhill Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of fresh ripe pears, apples and limes are overlaid by some honeysuckle with light musk end notes. The palate exhibits flavours of fresh pears, apples and honeysuckle with light musk overtones and a hint of spice also present. Fullish textural feel with a fresh lively finish. Aftertaste of pears, dried apples, honeysuckle and subtle spicy musk infusions.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
