2016 In Dreams Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Delicate violet top notes sit over red cherry and strawberry aromas with forest floor, a touch of meatiness and spicy cedar following. Light and savoury with flavours of ripe red cherries and subtle strawberries overlaying some meaty earth like characters and spicy cedar. Finely grained well integrated tannins. Aftertaste of spicy red cherries, traces of strawberry, some meatiness and light earthy cedar.
