2016 Higher Plane Fiano

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. The nose displays aromas of lime and fresh herbs with a subtle honeysuckle overlay and mineral end notes. Light and vibrant the palate features elegant flavours of lime, fresh herb infusions and citrus with a refreshingly crisp mineral infused finish. Aftertaste of lime, fresh herb infusions, the faintest hint of hazelnut and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Whole bunch-pressed, fermented in used oak. Wild flower blossom aromas explode into the bright, lively, textured palate that typifies the best of Australian fiano, lengthened significantly by crunchy acidity on the powerful, long finish. Drink by 2020.
