Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach notes meld into notions of dried honey and flinty matchstick characters followed by light citrusy nougat, biscuit and spice. Rich and full in the mouth with a creamy like textural feel but fresh vibrant finish, the palate is decorated with mouthfilling flavours of white peaches, subtle dried honey and infusions of gun flint over subtle cashew and spicy citrus. Excellent length with a long aftertaste of white peaches subtlety infused with dried honey and gun flint characters, biscuity oak and spicy citrus.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
Alc. 12.8%

Other Reviews….
Hand-picked, three clones, wild-fermented in French oak (28% new); 10mth maturation. A fragrant bouquet and perfectly poised palate, with grapefruit and minerally acidity the drivers of a long, lingering finish and fresh aftertaste. Drink by 2028.
