2016 Forester Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark red black tinged colour with a bright dark red hue. Fragrant ripe red currant and mulberry aromas are overlaid by dusty vanillin cedar, subtle tobacco and bay leaf notes. Medium bodied with an elegant feel the palate is dominated by red currant and mulberry flavours which sit over a background of dusty vanillin cedar, light bay leaf, tobacco and spice. Slightly dryish but very fine grained tannins. Good length with a medium to long spicy red currant, mulberry, dusty cedar and light bay leaf aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
