2016 Eradus Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Pungent aromas of passionfruit, gooseberries and zesty citrus emanate from the glass followed by grassy capsicum like end notes. Zingy palate flavours of passionfruit and citrus dominate over some fresh gooseberries and grassy capsicum infusions. Racy finish with crisp acidity and a long passionfruit, gooseberry, citrus and grassy capsicum aftertaste.
