2016 Eradus Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear aromas intermix with light honeycomb and baked apple. Trialling are subtle quince end notes. Ripe pear and spicy Jonathan apple flavours fill the mouth over light honeysuckle and traces of spicy quince. Fullish mouthfeel finishing dry with good acidity. Aftertaste of ripe spicy pears, Jonathan apple, honeysuckle and light quince.
